Returns and Exchanges

Our goal at Plastic Pizza is to spread Happiness! If for any reason your purchase doesn’t, Plastic Pizza does except returns and exchanges initiated within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange the items must be unwashed, unworn, tags on, brand new condition, and can not be used or damaged by the purchaser.

To initiate a return/exchange please email customerservice@theplasticpizza.com with your invoice number found on your packing slip and description of what you would like to return/exchange. We will respond within 3 business days to you with a return authorization number (RAN), further instructions, and an address to return your items to.
Items sent back without a valid RAN will NOT be eligible for a refund.

All exchanges are dependent on our current stock.

The customer is financially responsible for shipping the items back to Plastic Pizza for returns/exchanges. Refunds will be for the amount of the merchandise, shipping costs are not refundable. Plastic Pizza will only offer return shipping labels if the item was defective or a mistake was made with the order.

Once we have received your items the return will be processed in 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).

Refunds for returns can only be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
